We sure will! All of our order deliveries are carbon neutral. We’re sourcing offsets from the Acapa – Bajo Mira y Frontera Forest Conservation Project in Colombia through Pachama to counteract the emissions from shipping every order.

Whilst we will do our best to assist you, we are unable to guarantee that all address change requests will be able to be actioned in time and will not be able to reroute your parcel once it has been dispatched by our warehouse.

Please note that if you have made an error on your address at checkout and your parcel is dispatched to the incorrect location, we will not be held liable and we will not refund or resend your order unless in the event that your parcel is returned to our fulfilment facility. Should your parcel be returned to us, our team will contact you to discuss and arrange re-shipment.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any order changes. All orders that are processed are final, unless we’re able to cancel them prior to your parcel being shipped.

If your order has already been shipped from our warehouse, it's yours. Please read our Return & Refunds Policy should you wish to initiate a return.

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges (where applicable) will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, and will be displayed on the Order Summary page.

Our warehouse doesn't operate over the weekend. All orders received over the weekend or on Canadian public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

However, if something isn’t right, LB is happy to process returns within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Please note, that you need to get in contact with our Customer Service Team in regards to your order within this timeframe for our team to be able to initiate a return or refund.

Luna Bronze will only process returns for the below reasons:

★ Change of mind

If, prior to using or opening the product, you've had a change of mind about your order we'll need to receive the product back to our fulfilment centre unopened and unused, in an original, resellable condition within 30 days of you receiving the item. Due to health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns for any product that have been opened or used.

Once the product has been received at our fulfilment centre, our team will inspect the product and from there we will be able to process your return for a refund. In the event that the item is damaged, opened and/or used upon receipt back at our warehouse we will reject the return and a refund will not be processed. 

Please note that any shipping costs to return your item back to our warehouse will be at your expense. Please also note that Luna Bronze is not liable for products lost in transit on their way back to our fulfilment centre so please ensure that you select a trackable service.

★ Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect item

If the item you have received is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you originally ordered please contact us with a detailed description of the product at fault. Please also snap a picture and provide this to our team when you contact us - this is a requirement. Please note that faulty, damaged or incorrect items must be notified to our team within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your Luna Bronze product is defective or damaged or not what you originally ordered, we will either replace it free of charge or issue you with a store credit. Refunds will not be considered.

★ Allergic Reaction

In the very rare instance that you experience an allergic reaction to a product please discontinue use immediately and if possible take a photo of the reaction and send it to our team when you notify them. 

Please note that allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us in order for your claim to be accepted. 

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at hello@lunabronze.com.au and provide your order number. 

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to health and safety reasons, unless in the case of allergy returns, we do not accept returns for products that have been used, opened and that are not in their original, resellable condition.

Only products purchased from www.lunabronze.ca will be accepted for returns. If you wish to return a Luna Bronze product purchased from another retailer you’ll need to contact them directly.

It is VERY important that you check your mailing address prior to checking out. If a mistake is made, we may not be able to change this for you in time and our warehouse may have already dispatched your order. Luna Bronze takes no responsibility for incorrect mailing addresses entered at checkout and we will not refund orders that have been sent to an incorrect address.

None of the ingredients we use, nor the end products in the Luna Bronze range are tested on, or derived from animals - so they’re all cruelty-free & vegan friendly! In fact, PETA have even given us the official accreditation on both fronts (spot the sweet little bunny logo on our tubes).

All Luna Bronze tanning products are proudly made in Melbourne, Australia.

No, they don’t.

Whilst the Luna Bronze range pioneers sunless tanning and skin nourishment (meaning you can stay out of Big Reds way & still have a tan), they do not contain any SPF or zinc and will not protect you from the sun's harmful rays. We encourage making a habit of protecting your skin; stay in the shade where possible; wear a broad-brimmed hat, sunglasses and protective clothing; wear a water-resistant, broad-spectrum SPF and reapply it every two hours.

First of all: congrats! While our products are formulated using up to 99% organic, natural and naturally-derived ingredients, and we believe they’re safe to use during pregnancy, it’s always a good idea to send a list of the ingredients to your doctor for their professional, medical opinion first.

The active colouring ingredient in Luna Bronze is DHA (Dihydroxyacetone), which, despite sounding intense, is really just an agent that combines with the amino acids in the skin to temporarily change its colour. Plus, because ours is naturally-derived (as per EcoCert® standards), there’s no harm in it whatsoever.

What’s more - we infuse it into a divine formula of organic essential oils and skin-enriching ingredients (think aloe vera, jojoba and rosehip oil and wheatgerm), so your skin will be more disappointed if you don’t use it.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer free samples of our product range. 

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment and will be less the cost of shipping the product to you.

While there’s no better way to flaunt your fresh new tan than by getting poolside /beachside/lakeside, self-tanners aren’t totally waterproof. If you’re taking a dip in chlorinated water, you may notice that your golden glow’s longevity will be drastically reduced. This is because chlorine dries out your skin and strips your top layers (where the tan sits), causing your skin cells to shed more quickly.

However, you don’t need to give up your fave summer activity when you’ve got your glow on: you’ll just need to take a few extra precautions in order to prolong the life of your fake tan. By taking quick dips, gently patting yourself dry, and applying our Glow Gradual Tanning Moisturiser each day, you’ll be able to wear fake tan while swimming and extend the life of your tan.
